About this Podcast

We live in a death-phobic culture where talking about death is too often seen as taboo or uncomfortable. Yet, if the last year of the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that death is very much present in our lives. More than ever, we feel we need to open up the discussion of death in our lives in a way that is respectful, authentic, and life-affirming.

Diane DeVivo and Michael Williams are Before I Go Method® accredited end-of-life planning facilitators and educators with many years of experience as coaches, counselors, and teachers. They are no strangers to dying, death, and grief. Their goal is to bring to their audience an open conversation of issues around end-of-life planning as well as introducing you to guest experts on a wide variety of subjects. Guests include death doulas, funeral directors, hospice chaplains, grief recovery coaches/counselors, end-of-life educators, etc. Topics include how to choose an executor, death cleaning (decluttering), the role of a death doula, grief and how to deal with it, etc.

Discussions are lively and informative.
